Q.Can I pay for my items with a regular credit card / debit card rather than signing up for a PayPal account?
A. a. Yes. Once you “View Your Cart”, just click on the “yellow” PayPal button, and you will see “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. The same “yellow” PayPal button appears when you “Proceed To Checkout”.
b. You also have the option to pay using your Venmo account for the users accessing the videos from your smart phone.
Q.Can I use your site if I have the cheaper Wahl version of clippers and have all the correct guards?
A.Yes. (If it’s a Wahl Clipper) Guarantee will still apply.
CAUTION NOTE: If you have the cheaper Wahl version of clippers (a non Wahl Senior), and you followed HandsomeAfterHaircut Videos #6 Part 2 for disassembly / cleaning, you will need to follow this link https://youtu.be/a1W_dzdWnmk, as the clipper blades will need to be set to a specified gap after cleaning and prior to use to avoid damaging your skin.

Q.How do you know what hairstyle to use on my son?
A.a. You should always pick a haircut that fits your son’s shape of face/head. A good option is to look up trending hairstyles and imagine which will suit him.
b. (Referencing video 7 part 2 = where I am cutting my own hair) I chose my hairstyle based on the shape of my face and hair type. I have thinner hair on the crown of my head, so notice my haircut isn’t one that other people have. It just makes me look good!
Q.The videos on the site discuss cutting hair bald and I wanted to know is it possible to not cut bald?
A.a. Yes. Just add a number 1 or 2 to each guard referenced in the “Fade Reference Chart” and “Lineup and Guideline Template” and in all of the videos.
b. Contact HandsomeAfterHaircut for a personal video call (calendar invite = lower right corner) to go over practicing this method on mannequin hair.
Q.How do I activate the Guarantee?
A.a. You must purchase “all” the HandsomeAfterHaircut.com videos, take all the quizzes, and have a passing score of 80% for all quizzes.

Q.Ideally to cut my son’s hair as a 1st time user, how many products should I buy?
A.This is totally up to you! Our aim is to:
a. help you save money (see Savings Calculator in the menu)
b. help you buy products which I believe will last a minimum of 15 years.
c. learn how cut hair like the pros for a fraction of the price
d. buy the minimum required and necessary accessories to help you get the job done of fading your son’s hair.
A.Yes. You will see that we’ve added a few products for men.

Q.Can I purchase only a few videos if I think I know the topic of other videos?
A.We recommend purchasing all the videos. They are priced to be affordable and will train your “Home Haircutting Eye”.
A. We strongly suggest following the “system of blending hair” even if you think you’re not cutting hair as it will prevent mistakes.
A. It should NOT as ingrown hair are “hairs growing beneath the skin”. The Andis T-Outliner cuts hair to an unnoticeable length but not beneath the skin surface.
A.Yes. Just follow the same hair length principles (Fade Reference Chart steps 1 to 4)
A.I use the #6 guard for both thin and thick hair
Q.Do I have to complete all the Quizzes for the Guarantee to be active?
A.Yes. Additionally you will have to send your (public access) videos to HandsomeAfterHaircut following this link (look for blue Upload Your Video button).
Q.Were the Wahl Seniors in the video actually the clippers you’ve had for 25 years
A.Good catch but no! I got new ones so users would know what your Clippers would look like…. See video # 7 (part 2) to see me using my 25 year old clipper. As you can tell, even the nameplate is missing. These are my actual ones that I still use to this day :-p.
Q.On average, how many mannequin heads will I need to feel comfortable cutting my son’s hair?
A.Good question. 2 mannequin heads are included in each bundle package. We believe 1 extra mannequin “may” be necessary if you’d like to “perfect” your craft. This is dependent on whether you retain all video / quizzes information. FYI, videos / quizzes were designed for rock stars like you!!
